Your order is placed via the order form and confirmed in accordance with the process displayed on the website.
Payment is made via Cash on Delivery.
No prepayment or online payment is required when placing the order.
The order amount is paid to the courier upon delivery of the product.
Before completing your order, you must carefully check the information you have entered, including your name, address, phone number, product, and quantity.
In case of incorrect or incomplete delivery details, it may not be possible to deliver the order.
We reserve the right to contact you by phone or email to confirm your order details.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be confirmed, if the product is unavailable, or for other reasons provided for by applicable law.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
The price of the product displayed on the website at the time of the order is the price applicable to that specific order.
The current price of GymShake is 34.90 €.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
The current fee for standard tracked shipping is 4.95 €.
Therefore, when the specific shipping fee applies, the total amount for one GymShake product is 39.85 €.
Prices, promotions, and shipping fees are subject to change in the future. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped only within Greece.
Orders are dispatched from our stock in Bulgaria via partner logistics and transport services.
The available shipping method is:
Tracked Standard Shipping — 4.95 €
The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other extraordinary circumstances.
The order is shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
In case of a delivery issue, we may contact you via phone or email to resolve the problem.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, photos, videos, designs, and other material, belongs to GYMSHAKE or is lawfully used by us.
